Since our last update on Pinewood Middle School, the project has reached a significant milestone as the exterior is now enclosed, with windows and doors firmly in place. With the exterior enclosed, work is underway on the interior of the building.
The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are completed; and the installation of the ceiling grid has been finalized, along with thorough inspections above the ceiling. Additionally, the air handling unit has found its place in the mechanical mezzanine, with the final connections currently underway.
Looking ahead, the focus shifts towards the interior details. Casework, flooring, and architectural finishes are set to be ongoing over the next month or two. This phase promises to add depth and character to the space, bringing the vision of the addition to life.
